To request an alteration:

How To Return My Items?

At KOR, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes garments may not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer alterations for sizes on all non-discounted garments purchased through our website.

For Domestic Return:
If the ordered garment doesn't fit as expected, simply
return it to us within 7 days with a small note indicating your size
requirements. Also, resizing is will be done 1 size up or down. Please ensure the garment is unworn and still has all tags and labels attached.

For International Return:
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
