This Privacy Policy explains how www.kor.world (the “Site”, “we”, “us”), operated by KOR, a brand of Printbite, collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit the Site or buy from us.

Information we collect

Device information. We collect your browser version, IP address, time zone, cookie information, the pages and products you view, your search terms and how you use the Site. We do this automatically through cookies, log files, web beacons, tags and pixels. We use it to load the Site properly and to understand how it is used so we can improve it.

Order information. We collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number. If you order a custom size, we also collect the measurements you enter (bust, waist, hip and height). Payments are handled by our payment partners, and we do not store your full card details. We use this information to make and deliver your order, take payment, send order updates, check orders for fraud, and, if you have agreed, tell you about new products and offers.

Customer support information. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we keep your messages and the details of any alteration request so we can help you.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the service providers who help us run the store and fulfil your order:

Shopify, which hosts the Site and processes orders.
GoKwik, which runs checkout and one-tap login with a phone OTP.
Snapmint and our payment gateways, which process EMI and other payments.
Courier and logistics partners, who deliver your order.
Analytics, advertising and marketing-automation providers, which help us measure how the Site is used and show you relevant ads and messages.

We may also share information when the law requires it, for example to answer a court order or a lawful request from an authority. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising

We use advertising partners to show you ads we think you may find useful. You can opt out of targeted advertising through your ad settings: Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads), Google (https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous), or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page (http://optout.aboutads.info/).

How we use your information

We use your information to sell and deliver our products, process payments, handle alterations, send order updates, keep you informed about new products and offers, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep order and account records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to erase your information at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@kor.world and we will respond. If you live outside India, we handle your request under the privacy laws that apply where you live.

Your information is processed by Shopify and our other providers in India and in other countries, including Canada, Ireland and the United States.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file saved on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies so the cart and checkout work, to remember your preferences, and to see how people use the Site. Some cookies expire when you close your browser and others last up to two years.

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the Site from working properly.

Do Not Track. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, so we do not change how we collect or use data when your browser sends one.

Children

The Site is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has given us information, write to hello@kor.world and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. The date below shows the latest version.
