All KOR pieces are crafted on order.
Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Fit Assurance & Alterations
We understand that fit matters.
- Our team connects with you after your order to guide sizing
- All garments are made with margins to allow adjustments
- If your outfit needs a size change, we offer alteration support (±1 size)
To request an alteration:
- Inform us within 7 days of delivery
- Send the garment back in unused condition with original tags
- Share your updated size requirements

Return Shipping for Alterations
Customers are required to bear the shipping cost for sending the garment back to us.

Customized Orders
All Orders with specific customizations (design, color, measurements)
are eligible for alteration in case of sizing mismatch.
International Orders
We do not offer alterations, returns, or exchanges on international orders
unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item shipped.

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
