At KOR, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes garments may not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer alterations for sizes on all non-discounted garments purchased through our website.

Made-to-Order Policy: Each garment is meticulously crafted to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our production process, we regret that we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.

Size Alterations: If the ordered garment doesn't fit as expected, simply return it to us within 7 days with a small note indicating your size requirements. Also, resizing is will be done 1 size up or down. Please ensure the garment is unworn and still has all tags and labels attached. Customized Orders: Please note that customized orders cannot be exchanged. It's important to carefully read item descriptions and note the sizes of products before placing your order.

Color Accuracy: Keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different due to variations in monitor calibration. While we strive for accuracy, colors may not be 100% precise.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees in the event of a size exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

International Orders: We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
